The environmental deterioration has been accelerated due to the industrialization. Also, it is threatened human life and the ecosystem.
The environmental protection and
conservation are urgent issues to the
worldwise entirely.This center was
established on April 6, 1996 in order
to conduct scientific and engineering
research projects for the protection of
environment. Also, this center helps
the environmental policies to provide
education and training for the citizens
and city employees.
